In 2024, I was assigned as a UX researcher to consult on a project for the creation of three digital products. 

​This project is a mixture of mobile App and websites and resulted from the collaboration between different business lines in SAFe framework. In this collaboration, as a UX researcher, I was involved in:

  • Working on HCD approach for a multi-product Definition of UX methodology and structure,

  • User and focus group interviews,

  • Lo-Fi prototyping,

  • Usability testing,

  • Competitive analysis,

  • Organizing ideation workshops with product owners and stakeholders,

  • Working in a SAFe framework​​
